Windows7 - file missing problem
Step 1 -> Right click Sudoku4.exe
Step 2 -> select "Run as administrator"

    By doing this you'll maintain a better grasp of the progress and condition of the puzzle, and won't need to constantly re-scan the puzzle when searching for connections and solving sudoku
