Step 1 -> Right click Sudoku4.exe
Step 2 -> select "Run as administrator"

    At other times, you can get stuck staring at the board for what seems like an eternity, with nothing being made visible to you. You suspect the board is cheating, that it's some diabolical prank, and this is a board that simply cannot be solved.
